Sonarworks user account needed for support ticket submission

From now on you can use your Sonarworks user account log-in to submit new tickets. 
Considering, that Sonarworks user accounts and Zendesk user accounts have been separate up until now, the latter log-in cannot be used for the submissions anymore.
