How to update your Sonarworks Account user details

Email address change

The email address registered with your Sonarworks Account can be updated to a different email address within the User Profile section as follows:

1. Login to your Sonarworks Account
2. At the top right corner click on My Account, then select User Profile
3. In the User Profile menu find your email and click on 'Change email'
4. Input your new email address and save the changes

After updating the email address, a verification notice will be sent and your email address. Next time, when accessing your Sonarwroks account, you can proceed with your new updated credentials.

Physical address change

Your Sonarworks account can store physical address information to make purchases within the store more convenient. You can save it under your user profile as follows:

1. Login to your Sonarworks Account
2. At the top right corner click on My Account, then select User Profile
3. In the User Profile navigate to the Address field and click on the 'Change address'
4. Input your details and Save the changes

Now your physical address will be updated within your user account.

Password change

Password update is considered a good practice and frequent updates of the password will increase your account security. Your existing password can be updated from the User Profile as follows:

1. Login to your Sonarworks Account
2. At the top right corner click on My Account, then select User Profile
3. In the User Profile navigate to the password field and click on the 'Change password'
4. Input your existing password and a new one you're looking to use
5. Click on the 'Save' button to confirm the changes

Account deletion

If by any chance you have decided to delete your Sonarworks Account the change can be done through the User Profile:

1. Login to your Sonarworks Account
2. At the top right corner click on My Account, then select User Profile
3. At the very bottom of the Profile settings page, click on the 'Delete account'
4. Read the disclaimer and click the 'Continue' button to proceed

After an account deletion, you will receive a confirmation email once the change has been processed.
